Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for research, development, test, and evaluation, Defense-wide, advanced technology development, defense-wide manufacturing science and technology program, line 047 (PE 0603680D8Z) is hereby increased by $5,000,000 (with the amount of such increase to be made available for anti-tamper heterogeneous integrated microelectronics).
Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for procurement, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4101, for other procurement, Army, elect equip-automation, general fund enterprise business systems fam, line 114 is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
