Beginning not later than October 1, 2019, and on a quarterly basis thereafter through October 1, 2025, the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology, in consultation with the Commander of the Army Futures Command, shall provide to the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a briefing on the progress of the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle program of the Army. Each briefing under subsection
(a)shall include, with respect to the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle program, the following elements: An overview of funding for the program, including identification of— any obligations and expenditures that have been made under the program; and any obligations and expenditures that are planned for the program. An overview of the program schedule. A description of each contract awarded under the program, including a description of the type of contract and the status of the contract. An assessment of the status of the program with respect to— the development and approval of technical requirements; technological maturity; testing; delivery; and program management.
