Sec. 220. Documentation relating to Advanced Battle Management System

Not later than the date specified in subsection (b), the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees the following documentation relating to the Advanced Battle Management System: A list that identifies each program, project, and activity that comprises the System. The final analysis of alternatives for the System. An acquisition strategy for the System, including— an outline of each increment of the System; and the date on which each increment will reach initial operational capability and full operational capability, respectively.
A capability development document for the System. An acquisition program baseline for the System. A test and evaluation master plan for the System. A life-cycle sustainment plan for the System. The date specified in this subsection is the earlier of— the date that is 180 days after the date on which the final analysis of alternatives for the Advanced Battle Management System is completed; or April 1, 2020. In this section, the term Advanced Battle Management System means the Advanced Battle Management System of Systems capability of the Air Force, including each program, project, and activity that comprises such capability.
