Notwithstanding the amount set forth in section 1301(4) for cooperative biological engagement and the amounts authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance for the Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, the amount for cooperative biological engagement is hereby increased by $20,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for Advanced Innovative Technologies, line 096, is hereby reduced by $20,000,000.
