It is the sense of Congress that regular congressional oversight through hearings is important while diplomatic talks between the United States and North Korea continue, and as such the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate should, as appropriate, hold such hearings, including with participation of official witnesses, and otherwise obtain information in order to fully review the negotiations.
