Subpart II of part A of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg et seq.), as amended by section 3, is further amended by adding at the end the following: If a health care provider has a contract to provide in-network services to enrollees in a group health plan or health insurance coverage offered by a health insurance issuer, the plan or issuer shall notify the in-network provider within 7 days of offering any new insurance product for which the in-network provider would be eligible to enroll as an in-network provider. .
