There is authorized to be appropriated to the Commission to carry out this Act the following amounts: For fiscal year 2020, $55,000,000, not less than $34,500,000 of which shall be made available to carry out section 4. The amounts made available under subparagraph
(A)shall remain available until expended. For each of fiscal years 2021 through 2026, $50,000,000, not less than $29,500,000 of which shall be made available in each such fiscal year to carry out section 4. The amounts made available under subparagraph
(A)shall remain available until expended.
