The Native American Veterans’ Memorial Establishment Act of 1994 ( 20 U.S.C. 80q–5 note) is amended— in section 2, by striking Armed Forces each place the term appears and inserting uniformed services ; and in section 3(c), by adding at the end the following: Any design so selected shall include a representation of all the uniformed services (as that term is defined in section 101(a) of title 10, United States Code). .
