Section 51304 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Reimbursements under this section shall be credited to the Maritime Administration’s Operations and Training appropriation, to remain available until expended, for use only for those expenses related to the operations of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. .
