Section 436(b)(5) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 629f(b)(5) ) is amended by striking through 2021 and inserting through 2019 and $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2021 . Section 437(c)(2) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 629g(c)(2) ) is amended by striking subection and inserting subsection .
