Section 2701(a) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking small ; and by striking paragraph (5). The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply to plans offered in the first plan year beginning after the date of enactment of this Act and any plan year thereafter.
