The Administrator shall annually prepare and submit to Congress, the President, and the Oversight Board a comprehensive report on the activities and expenditures of the Administration. The annual report submitted under subsection

(a)shall include— the annual management report required under section 9106 of title 31, United States Code; and the report on any audit of the financial statements of the Administration conducted under section 9105 of title 31, United States Code.
