Section 302 of the Defense Production Act ( 50 U.S.C. 4532 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or guaranteed ; in subparagraph (A), by striking guarantees and inserting loans ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking that may be guaranteed and inserting disbursed ; and in subsection (d)(2)(B), by striking , on a nondelegable basis, . Section 303(a) of the Defense Production Act ( 50 U.S.C. 4533(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (5), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking on a nondelegable basis and inserting or the Secretary of Defense if so delegated ; and in paragraph (6), by striking subparagraph (C).
Section 711 of the Defense Production Act ( 50 U.S.C. 4561 ) is amended by striking is authorized to be appropriated $133,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 and each fiscal year thereafter and inserting are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary and appropriate .
