Lovell Federal Health Care Center ; in section 1704— in subsections (a)(3), (a)(4)(A) and (b)(1), by striking the facility and inserting the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center ; and in subsection (e), as amended by section 722 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3417), section 723 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 869), section 741 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 129 Stat. 2237), section 719 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1283), and section 731 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ) by striking September 30, 2020 and inserting September 30, 2023 ; and in section 1705— in subsection (a), by striking the facility and inserting the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (hereafter in this section referred to as the ; JALFHCC ) in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)of subsection (b), by striking the facility and inserting the JALFHCC ; and in subsection (c)— by striking the facility each place it appears and inserting the JALFHCC ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: To permit the JALFHCC to enter into personal services contracts to carry out health care responsibilities in the JALFHCC to the same extent and subject to the same conditions and limitations as apply under section 1091 of title 10, United States Code, to the Secretary of Defense in relation to health care responsibilities in medical treatment facilities of the Department of Defense. .
