Subsection
(a)of section 1233 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 393), as most recently amended by section 1225 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is further amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking October 1, 2018, and ending on December 31, 2019 and inserting October 1, 2019, and ending on December 31, 2020 . Subsection (d)(1) of such section is amended by striking October 1, 2018, and ending on December 31, 2019, may not exceed $350,000,000 and inserting October 1, 2019, and ending on December 31, 2020, may not exceed $450,000,000 .
