Section 480 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking a copy of ; by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection: Whenever the Secretary (or other official) provides a report to Congress (or any committee of either House of Congress) in an electronic medium under subsection (a), the Secretary (or other official) shall not be required to submit an additional copy of the report in a paper format. .
