There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Commerce to carry out this Act— $325,000 for fiscal year 2020; $325,000 for fiscal year 2021; $400,000 for each of fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024; and $250,000 for fiscal year 2025.
