Section 10 of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act ( 16 U.S.C. 666c–1 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(2)— in subparagraph (A)— by redesignating clauses
(i)and
(ii)as clauses
(ii)and (iii), respectively; and by inserting before clause
(ii)(as so redesignated) the following: relevant Federal agencies; ; by redesignating subparagraphs
(B)and
(C)as subparagraphs
(C)and (D), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following: in consultation with stakeholders, including nongovernmental organizations and industry; ; and by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025— $2,500,000 to the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers; and $2,500,000 to the Secretary of the Interior. .
