Notwithstanding the provisions of section 6304(c) of title 5, United States Code, any annual leave accumulated by an employee of the Government Publishing Office in excess of the limits prescribed in section 6304(a) of title 5, United States Code, remains to the credit of the employee until December 31, 2021.
