Funds made available by this title may be used to enter into contracts with individuals for the provision of personal services (as described in section 104 of part 37 of title 48, Code of Federal Regulations (48 CFR 37.104)) to support the prevention of, preparation for, or response to coronavirus, domestically and internationally, subject to prior notification to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate: , That such individuals may not be deemed employees of the United States for the purpose of any law administered by the Office of Personnel Management:
Provided , That the authority made available pursuant to this section shall expire on September 30, 2024. Provided further
