Section 2108(c) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9026(c) ) is amended by striking shall be eligible and all that follows through the end and inserting the following: shall be eligible— for payments under subsection
(a)for weeks of unemployment beginning after the effective date of such enactment; and for an additional payment equal to the total amount of payments for which the State is eligible pursuant to an agreement under section 2109 for weeks of unemployment before such effective date. .
