Not later than 7 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall— establish a process for accepting applications for loan forgiveness under section 1106 of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9005 ); issue a comprehensive compilation of rules and guidance issued related to covered loans made under section 7(a)(36) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36) ); and before accepting applications for supplemental covered loans under clause
(ii)of section 7(a)(36)(B) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)(B) ), as added by section 202 of this division, the Administrator shall issue comprehensive rules and guidance to ensure that borrowers and lenders are aware of eligibility and terms of receiving a supplemental covered loan and the process for forgiveness of a supplemental covered loan.
