Section 1107(a) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9006(a) ) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking until September 30, 2021 and inserting until December 31, 2021, for amounts appropriated under paragraph (2), and until September 30, 2021, for all other amounts appropriated under this subsection .
