Clause
(iv)of section 7(a)(36)(G) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)(G) ), as redesignated by section 206, is amended— by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting June 30, 2020 ; and by striking the same purpose and and inserting payments for payroll costs incurred during such period . Section 1109(f) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9008(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking for the same purpose and inserting for payments for payroll costs (as defined in section 7(a)(36)(A)(viii) of the Small Business Act ( ; and 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)(A)(viii) ) in paragraph (2), by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting June 30, 2020 .
