Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the head of each executive agency that receives funding in any division of this Act, or that received funding in the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020 (division A of Public Law 116–123 ), the Second Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020 (division A of Public Law 116–127 ), the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ), or the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act ( Public Law 116–139 ) shall provide a report detailing the anticipated uses of all such funding to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate: , That each report shall include estimated personnel and administrative costs, as well as the total amount of funding apportioned, allotted, obligated, and expended, to date:
Provided , That each such report shall be updated and submitted to such Committees every 60 days until all funds are expended or expire: Provided further , That reports submitted pursuant to this section shall satisfy the requirements of section 1701 of division A of Provided further Public Law 116–127 .
