The authorities and limitations of section 402 of the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act (division A of Public Law 116–123 ) shall apply to funds appropriated by this title as follows: Subsections (a), (d), (e), and
(f)shall apply to funds under the heading Diplomatic Programs ; and Subsections (c), (d), (e), and
(f)shall apply to funds under the heading Global Health Programs , and Development Assistance .
