The matter preceding the first proviso under the heading Commodity Assistance Program in title I of division B of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ), is amended by striking to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, : , That the amounts repurposed pursuant to the amendment made by this section that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 are designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
