Section 15010(d)(2) of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (D); and by inserting after subparagraph
(B)the following: The Committee shall submit to Congress, including the appropriate congressional committees, quarterly reports that include an analysis of Federal funds provided during the pandemic that have been used to support communities of color, including minority-owned businesses and minority depository institutions, broken down by race and ethnicity. ; and
