Section 1704 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16514 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary is authorized to make guarantees and credit subsidies for advanced nuclear energy facilities under section 1703(b)(4) for loans of $10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030, to remain available until expended. .
