Section 45(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking January 1, 2021 and inserting January 1, 2031 . Section 45(d)(4)(A) of such Code is amended by striking placed in service before January 1, 2006 and inserting construction of which begins before January 1, 2031 . Section 45(b)(5)(D) of such Code is amended by striking January 1, 2021 and inserting January 1, 2031 . The amendments made by this section shall apply to facilities the construction of which begins after December 31, 2020.
