This Act may be cited as the . Preserving Existing Nuclear Energy Generation Act In this Act: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. The term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate; and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives. The term Commission means the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Energy.
