In this section, the term electronic signature has the meaning given the term in section 106 of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ( 15 U.S.C. 7006 ). A signature required for a filing in a case under title 11, United States Code, may not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is an electronic signature. In a case under title 11, United States Code, an original signature may be an electronic signature.
