Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice shall submit to Congress a report on audit findings with respect to the implementation of— section 2 of the KIDS Act of 2008 ( 34 U.S.C. 20916 ), as amended by this Act; and section 3 of the KIDS Act of 2008 ( 34 U.S.C. 20917 ).
