Section 2(a) of the KIDS Act of 2008 ( 34 U.S.C. 20916(a) ) is amended— by striking The Attorney and inserting

(1); and In general .—The Attorney by adding at the end the following: For purposes of paragraph (1), the internet identifiers required to be provided— shall include— all identifiers used for communication on mobile applications and internet websites; all account names and identifiers used to access social networking platforms; mobile telephone numbers; and device ID information; and shall not include personal passwords used to access social networking platforms. .
