Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act— section 4(c) of Executive Order 13795 of April 28, 2017, shall have no force or effect; and Executive Order 13754 of December 9, 2016 (relating to Northern Bering Sea Climate Resilience), shall have the force and effect of law.
