The Secretary of the Interior shall, acting through the Office of Insular Affairs Technical Assistance Program, shall provide technical assistance for climate change planning, mitigation, and adaptation to Territories and Freely Associated States under the jurisdiction of such Program. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
