Section 7(b) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3506(b) ) is amended to read as follows: The head of each Federal agency affected by this Act shall annually report to the Committees and the Secretary that such agency is in compliance with this Act. The Secretary shall annually certify whether each such agency is in compliance with this Act. If the Secretary certifies that an agency is not in compliance with this Act, the head of the agency shall report to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of such certification regarding how the agency will achieve compliance. .
Section 3 of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3502 ) is amended by striking Committee on Resources and inserting Committee on Natural Resources .
