Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall seek to enter into an agreement with the National Academies to conduct a comprehensive assessment and approximate quantification of the greenhouse gas emissions associated with deep seabed mining, including emissions possible from the release of greenhouse gases sequestered in the seabed.
