In this Act: The terms absent uniformed service voter and overseas voter have the meanings given such terms in section 107 of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act ( 52 U.S.C. 20310 ). The term Federal election means a regularly scheduled general election for Federal office. The term Postal Service has the meaning given such term in section 102 of title 39, United States Code.
