Section 120(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (B)— in clause

(v)by striking or at the end; in clause

(vi)by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by inserting at the end the following: advanced digital construction management systems as defined in section 503(c)(4). ; and in subparagraph (C)(i) by striking 10 percent and inserting 25 percent .
