Section 5(a)(3) of the Poultry Products Inspection Act ( 21 U.S.C. 454(a)(3) ) is amended, in the second sentence, by striking 50 per centum and inserting 65 percent . Section 301(a)(3) of the Federal Meat Inspection Act ( 21 U.S.C. 661(a)(3) ) is amended, in the second sentence, by striking 50 per centum and inserting 65 percent .
