The Secretary shall prepare and submit to Congress an annual report on the grant program under this part that includes— the results from the most recent evaluation under section 54436; and information regarding the progress made by the grants based on the most recent reports submitted under sections 54432(b), 54433(c), 54434(c), and 54435(b).
