Sec. 52508. Annual reports

An eligible entity that receives a grant under section 52504 shall submit to the Secretary, at such time and in such manner as the Secretary may require, an annual report that includes— information on the progress of the eligible entity with respect to the performance measures described in section 52507; and the data supporting such progress.
