Section 487(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1094(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The institution will have hate crime prevention and response programs that the institution has determined to be accessible to any officer, employee, or student at the institution and which meets the requirements of section 124. .
