The Assets for Independence Act ( 42 U.S.C. 604 note) is amended— by redesignating section 416 as section 417; and by inserting after section 415 the following new section: If the Secretary determines that a qualified entity conducting a demonstration project under this title should receive training in order to conduct the project in accordance with an application approved under subsection
(e)or (h)(2) of section 405 or the requirements of this title, or to otherwise successfully conduct the project, the Secretary may use funds appropriated under section 418 to cover the necessary costs of such training, including the costs of travel, accommodations, and meals. .
