Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)), as amended by section 3813 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136), is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking December 1, 2020 and inserting December 12, 2020 ; and in clause (ii)(I), by striking December 1, 2020 and inserting December 12, 2020 .
