Funds previously made available in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law 113–6) for the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2015 are to remain available through fiscal year 2021 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2013 through 2015. This section shall become effective immediately upon enactment of this Act. If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2020, this section shall be applied as if it were in effect on September 30, 2020.
