Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of State for Administration of Foreign Affairs—Repatriation Loans Program Account may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to accommodate increased demand for commitments for repatriation loans authorized by section 4(b)(2)(B) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2671(b)(2)(B) ).
