Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A) ), as amended by section 3813 of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 ), is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking December 1, 2020 and inserting December 12, 2020 ; and in clause (ii)(I), by striking December 1, 2020 and inserting December 12, 2020 .
