In addition to the amounts otherwise provided by section 101, for District of Columbia—Federal Payment for Emergency Planning and Security Costs in the District of Columbia , there is appropriated $13,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2021, to remain available until expended, for costs associated with the Presidential Inauguration held in January 2021.
